Gibson Jack Rd is on the South end of Pocatello on the South Bannock Hwy, just across from the Juniper Hills Country Club.
It is about 3 miles from South Bannock Hwy to the end of the road where the parking lot is(The push pin isn't in the correct place. The parking lot is just on the edge of the Caribou National Forest.)

Summary: This is a very beautiful ride. It was a bit of a challenge so it wouldn't be a good ride for an inexperienced rider, but for someone who has ridden single track a lot and is not intimidated by loose rocks and sharp corners it is a great ride. Some of the Slate Mtn Trail is pretty over grown, so you will want to be sure and wear gloves and long sleeves.
